Works in professional manner, passionate, creative and well qualified with over 20 years experience in the catering Industry. Developed and gained experience from working also as Head chef for well known Antonio Carluccio.”I have enjoyed his mentorship and guidance, and now feel it is time to leave the nest and put that experience into play“. Now established in running own catering business Chef Wisdom Personal Chef, Jerk and Ting and Continental Catering Services.
A personal chef who is hired by different clients and prepares meals in the clients’ home kitchens, based on their needs and preferences.
The well designed appearance of a served meal as it is served on plate enhances the moment that the eyes delight at the sight to find the taste did not falter and surpasses expectations.
